העמותה נועדה לרכז כספים על מנת לקדם ולסייע במימון הפעילות המבוצעת ע"י משפחת שליט בארץ ובעולם.
כספי הקרן מנוהלים ע"י עו"ד מר יעקב נאמן, אשר מסייע בידי משפחת שליט במאבק להשבת בנם גלעד.

The “Keren Maor” Foundation – “And thy sons shall return to their borders” - was founded to assist and support the families of the kidnapped soldiers in their struggle to free their sons:
Gilad Schalit – abducted to the Palestinian Authority
Ehud Goldwasser (of blessed memory) – abducted to Lebanon
Eldad Regev (of blessed memory) – abducted to Lebanon
The Foundation is designated to coordinate resources that will assist and advance the funding of activities and efforts made by the Schalit family, in Israel and throughout the world.
The Foundation’s funds are managed Hertzog Fox & Neeman low office, who is assisting the Schalit family in their efforts to free their son.
